Osceola Regional Health Center receives 5-Star Ratings for patient-centered care

Sibley, IA, November 6, 2024

Osceola Regional Health Center(ORHC) is proud to announce that it has been named a National Rural Rating System (NRRS) 5-Star Hospital, as well as being named to the National Rural Honor Roll(NRHR) for 2025

ORHC is 5 Stars!

ORHC is one of only 22 NRRS 5-star recipients nationwide to receive this honor. This prestigious recognition is based on Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) patient satisfaction scores for overnight stays, with rankings compiled using data from certified Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services(CMS) vendors.

The NRRS five-star rating reflects ORHC’s ongoing commitment to meeting the unique healthcare needs of the rural community it serves. This recognition highlights the hospital’s success in providing outstanding medical services, despite the challenges often faced by rural healthcare facilities.

ORHC is on the 2025 National Rural Honor Roll

This Honor Roll was created to honor rural and critical access hospitals and clinics that consistently deliver exceptional healthcare, showcasing them as leaders in patient-centered care within their communities. Facilities included on the Honor Roll receive recognition for dedication and excellence that sets them apart, demonstrating their commitment to patient well-being.
